GiltGiggle Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of digital products sold through GiltGiggle.

Digital Products

Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, GiltGiggle products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped. Digital files are delivered electronically after purchase through Shopify's digital delivery system.

License

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for personal, non-commercial coloring and personal printing.

What You May Do

• Download the files for your own use.
• Print copies for your own personal coloring.
• Color the artwork digitally where the product format supports it.

What You May Not Do

• Resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, or give away the original digital files.
• Sell printed copies of the artwork or use the artwork on merchandise without written permission.
• Claim GiltGiggle artwork, characters, branding, or files as your own.
• Use the files to create competing digital products, templates, coloring books, or commercial derivative products without a separate written license.

Intellectual Property

All GiltGiggle artwork, characters, logos, text, product names, and other original content remain the intellectual property of GiltGiggle or their respective rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, or ownership.

Product Information

We work to describe products accurately, including page counts, file formats, and intended uses. We may correct typographical errors, update product files, or improve product artwork when needed.

Creative & Entertainment Use

GiltGiggle products are created for entertainment, creativity, and personal enjoyment. Product content is not financial, legal, medical, or professional advice.

Refunds

Refund eligibility for digital products is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Service Availability

We may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue website features or digital experiences when necessary. Previously purchased download rights remain subject to the delivery terms that applied to the purchase.
